Lettingweb

Lettingweb are Scotland’s largest independent rental website, connecting tenants with their perfect property through quality letting agents. Lettingweb came to Digitonic to match tenants with property suggestions in an innovative new way using our Facebook Messenger Platform.

The Challenge

We created a bespoke Facebook Messenger bot that gathers data from users and presents them with property options that meet their criteria. We used profiled Facebook advertising to increase new bot users and target Lettingweb’s ideal market, increasing enquires and conversions. We ran retargeting campaigns with ads on Facebook to re-engage users who had visited the Lettingweb site to encourage them to enter the bot journey and convert.

The bot collected contact information, allowing the agency to contact the user to further assist them in their property search. Facebook Messenger Broadcasts were also used to increase conversions.
